About Blair

Blair started her music journey as a child, singing constantly. She started playing the clarinet and learning to read music in elementary school. Her first experience with choir was her freshman year of high school. It was choir that inspired her to start taking voice lessons, which changed her life forever.

Blair received her Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Operatic Performance from the Bob Cole Conservatory of Music at CSU Long Beach in 2014. She has sung with notable choirs including the Pacific Chorale, CSULB Chamber Singers, RCC Chamber Singers. She was a participant in the Grammy Award winning recording of Mahler's 8th Symphony at Disney Hall. Blair has sung in operatic productions such as The Marriage of Figaro, Don Giovanni, The Magic Flute, and Eugene Onegin.

Blair is not only an opera and choral singer, but also a singer/songwriter who performs haunting originals on the ukulele or piano.

As a teacher, Blair's primary focus is to cater to her students' unique learning styles in a way that improves their vocal technique while helping them to gain confidence in their voice and themselves. Her vocal technique is based in classical singing, giving students a foundation for many other styles.
